Eligibility: Police & Fire & Civilian
Location: Hoover High School.
Date: June 8, 2007, 8:00 AM.
Guiding Bodies: A.P.F.G.
Information: Competition consists of 7 events: 3 mile run; shot-put; 100m run;
20-foot rope climb; bench press; pull ups; and obstacle course. All events
concluded in one day. Separate medals will be given to Police competitors and
Firefighter competitors. In addition, medals will also be awarded to overall
competitors. Each competitor will also be given a certificate of participation
in the event. No lifting shirts allowed in the bench-press.
